SALMON AND WAVE
Year of creation: 2003.
Size: height 50 cm, width 40 cm, depth 30 cm.
Material: salmon - basswood, stand in the form of a wave - pine and beech. Acrylic, oil varnish.
Technique: carving, fitting, painting.
The chase. Pursuit of prey in fast waters of the river. Water flow mixes up with the weed, forming a whimsical dance of lines and unity of the composition. Bright and rich color of wood is emphasized by oil varnish. The finest detailing and attention to the smallest features are tribute to these wonderful inhabitants of river depth.
